Free vs PRO vs ENTERPRISE

GarageManager comes in three plans. FREE gets a solo mechanic going; PRO is the working plan for a growing garage; ENTERPRISE adds unlimited staff and priority support for bigger operations. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing cycle from inside the app.

FREE — for solo mechanics

  • Up to 5 clients & vehicles, and 5 invoices per month.
  • Basic service tracking (Received / Ready / Completed) and email notifications.
  • No PDFs, reports, VAT, branding, card payments, or multi-staff features.

PRO — R199/month

  • Unlimited clients, vehicles, and invoices.
  • Online card payments on invoices (Apple Pay supported) and an online booking page.
  • Branded invoices & quotes with PDFs, the full service workflow, VAT, reports & analytics, the service catalog, VIN decode, and multi-mechanic time tracking.
  • Annual billing is R2,149/year — about 10% off monthly.

ENTERPRISE — R599/month

  • Everything in PRO, plus unlimited staff logins.
  • Per-staff calendar sync and priority phone + email support.
  • Annual billing is R6,469/year.
Seat add-ons: PRO includes a base number of staff seats and lets you buy more as add-ons up to a cap, prorated. ENTERPRISE is unlimited staff. Manage seats under Settings → Subscription.

To change plan, open Pricing from the app and pick a tier. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and cycle changes apply at your next renewal — see Cancel or pause your subscription.
