Add a client
A client is a person or a business you do work for. Each client holds their contact details and one or more vehicles, and everything you quote or invoice hangs off them. You can add a client from the Clients page, or on the fly while writing a quote or invoice.
From the Clients page
- Go to Clients → New client.
- Enter name, email, and phone. Add WhatsApp and address if you have them.
- Save, then add the vehicle: plate, make, model, year.
While quoting or invoicing
On the quote and invoice editors, the customer field is a searchable dropdown. Type to find an existing client, or pick New Customer right there to add one without leaving the document — it handles individuals and business fleets.
Individuals vs business fleets
For a company that brings in several vehicles, choose the business customer type and put the company name in the name field. Add the business registration number and it prints on their quotes and invoices. The fleet’s vehicles all live under that one client.
Plan limits
FREE holds up to 5 clients; PRO and ENTERPRISE are unlimited. To bring an existing list across in one go, see Import clients from a CSV. Each vehicle keeps its own service history as you work on it.
