Add your first client and vehicle
A client and their vehicle are the foundation for everything else — you cannot quote or invoice without them. Adding the first one takes a minute.
Add the client
- Go to Clients in the sidebar, then New client.
- Enter their name, email, and phone. Email is what quote and invoice links are sent to, so get it right.
- Add a WhatsApp number and address if you have them — handy for reminders and on-site jobs.
- Save.
Business fleets: for a company with several vehicles, put the business name in the client name field and pick the business customer type. The registration number you add prints on their quotes and invoices.
Add the vehicle
- On the client page, click + Add vehicle.
- Enter the registration plate, make, model, and year.
- On PRO and ENTERPRISE you can paste the 17-character VIN and click Decode to auto-fill make, model, and year — see VIN decode.
- Save. The vehicle now keeps its own service history as you invoice work against it.
On FREE: you can hold up to 5 clients. PRO and ENTERPRISE are unlimited. Got an existing customer list? Import it in bulk instead — see Import clients from a CSV.
