The flow in one minute

  1. Add a client and their vehicle. The vehicle carries its own service history.
  2. Send a quote. The customer opens a link on their phone and accepts — no login.
  3. Open a job card to track work, parts, labour time, and assessment photos on the floor.
  4. Convert to an invoice. Parts and labour roll across; VAT applies if you are registered.
  5. Get paid. The public invoice link shows a Pay button once your bank is connected.
