Reports overview
The Reports page is your business at a glance — revenue trend, where your invoices and jobs are sitting, and the key numbers for the month. It’s a PRO and ENTERPRISE feature.
What’s on it
- Profit — this month — the Owner-only profit widget at the top.
- Key metrics — headline counts like total invoices, total and completed services.
- Monthly revenue — a 12-month bar chart so you can see the trend, not just the total.
- Invoice status distribution — how many invoices are draft, issued, paid, overdue.
- Service progress distribution — where your jobs sit across the service stages.
- Summary — the same counts in one tidy block at the bottom.
On FREE the Reports page shows an upgrade card instead of charts — no analytics are computed for free tenants. Upgrade to PRO to unlock the full page. The profit widget within Reports is additionally Owner-only, so non-owners on a paid plan see the charts but not profit.
Reading the trend
Revenue is invoiced amounts by month — use the bar chart to spot quiet periods and busy ones, and the status distribution to catch invoices that are issued but not paid. For margin rather than top-line revenue, pair this with the profit widget.
